While at a hotel in Cape May, NJ, the fire alarm goes off, and Dottie and Larry St. James, along with Larry’s father, have to walk down the steps to get out of the building. Dottie didn’t bring her wigs. It’s a false alarm. It goes off again a few minutes later, and Dottie makes sure to shlep her wigs down the five flights of stairs only to find it was a smoke alarm in the kitchen that malfunctioned.
